For standard items purchased from stock, returns will be accepted only if the item is returned unused, unworn, undamaged, in its original condition, and within 2 weeks from delivery.

Refunds, exchanges, or repairs will not be provided for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, incorrect care, chemical exposure, impact, loss, or unauthorised repair by another party.
